• Build-Align-Run-Modernize: I lead organizations through the full lifecycle of GBS maturity, starting with the architectural Build, ensuring strategic Alignment with enterprise goals, establishing stable Run operations, and continuously Modernizing through digital innovation and process refinement.

• 4T Methodology (Time, Touch, Technology, Topography): I utilize a proprietary "4T" lens to evaluate and optimize global operations:

  • Time: Optimizing cycle times and speed-to-value for critical financial processes.

  • Touch: Reducing unnecessary manual intervention and friction through process redesign.
